A 501(c)(3) non-profit dedicated to ending the problems of homeless pets on the Navajo Nation. Blackhat Humane Society works to rescue the over 200,000 abandoned and stray animals on the Navajo Nation. Blackhat Humane Society is a 501(c)(3) non-profit supported by a network of volunteer foster families who re-socialize and find forever homes for all our rescued dogs and cats. Blackhat provides financial support and labor support for vaccinations, spay/neuter clinics, and emergency veterinary care for animals in need.
