International Guardian Angels Adoption (IGAA), a state of Texas not for profit corporation, is licensed by the state of Texas for humanitarian outreach and international adoptions IGAA is exempt under section 501(C)(3) of the internal revenue code the corporation's mission is two fold (1)to provide humanitarian and medical aid to overseas orphans and orphanages under the IGAA hope program.
