The LBE (Lead By Example) Group
The LBE (Lead By Example) Group is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit with a mission to help young women of color build generational wealth through tech entrepreneurship. The LBE (Lead By Example) Group, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit that creates space for young women of color to turn their bold ideas into large scale businesses. Graduates of the program go on to become LBE Champions. The LBE Champions: Rebuilding the Table program model for young women of color in 11th & 12th grades is an after-school program that consists of 3 program stages Finding Purpose, Getting Ready, and The Inventor. The goal is for the young women to graduate the program with all the tools needed to attain economic happiness and build generational wealth through entrepreneurship. The "North Star" for The LBE (Lead By Example) Group is within 5 years, our LBE Champions will start 100 employer firms (1 or more paid employees) in the US.
