MISSION OF PROJECT• To promote optimal human development, fulfillment, and resilience.• To reduce psychological vulnerability that can lead to self-limiting behavior, reactive decision-making, and maladaptive coping patterns.• To promote a cultural shift to where primary emphasis is devoted to values-based meaning and secondary emphasis is placed on emotional comfort; and where fear-based behavior is eclipsed by faith-based commitment to one’s personal truth.• To enhance the empirical understanding of values and their impact on human development, life transitions, and flourishing.  This project provides the unique opportunity to study values from both a longitudinal and cross-sectional perspective.FUNCTIONS OF PROJECT• Support values-based developmental programming and training for:1. Leadership and Organizational Development• Conduct longitudinal and cross-sectional research on values and their relationship to human development, life transitions, and flourishing.
