Mission: The Fineview Community Organization promotes sustainable development, property restoration and affordable housing while preserving the fabric of the community in a manner that is transparent, equitable and inclusive. Vision: We, the Fineview Community Organization, envision a community that is forward-looking and where its unique terrain, which provides beautiful views of the city, sunrises and sunsets, ample breezes and contains mature trees, wildlife and wooded areas, is valued by engaged and informed residents who desire a diverse and welcoming neighborhood and are interested in improving the quality of life for everyone.
