ACHD has been awarded land + funding from the Seattle Office of Housing to build 8 permanently-affordable townhomes in the Rainier Valley neighborhood of South Seattle🏡✨ This project is designed with multigenerational families in mind, reflects our community’s cultural character, and is rooted in principles of quality, durability, architectural beauty, and belonging. We see this as the next chapter in expanding access to high-quality, culturally rooted homes that families can own for generations.
