Solidarity We join forces to organize and grow Wisconsins union trades through outreach and being examples of successful tradeswomen. Our Vision Be visible and normalize the role of women in construction Support and retain women that are already in the industry Recruit more women into union construction careers at all levels Our Mission Are you a tradeswoman in the Wisconsin Building Trades.
