We have federal, state and local government agencies and select non-profit service providers to assist veterans and their families.As part of the Sonoma County Continuum of Care program whose mission is to eliminate veteran homeless in Sonoma County.Vet Connect, Inc. is Non Profit veteran assistance program run by veterans for veterans.
