Pablo Picasso Vancouver Arts and Music Festival The Vancouver Arts Music Festival features awardwinning musicians visual artists and performers from Vancouver our region and around the world. The free threeday event features multiple stages judged art shows popup galleries dance performances family activities food vendors and three concerts by our own Vancouver Symphony Orchestra USA.
