PROJECT BLACKOUT IS AN ORGANIZATION DEDICATED TO HELPING CHILDREN DIAGNOSED WITH CANCER. PROJECT BLACKOUT'S MAIN FOCUS IS TO CREATE CHANGE THROUGH COMMUNICATION AND COLLABORATION, ENCOURAGING ADVANCED OPTIONS OF TREATMENT AND CURES IN LOCAL COMMUNITIES.
