Animal Rescue of Fresno (ARF) was established in 1998 by a group of concerned community members in F Our purpose is to eliminate suffering and promote the welfare of dogs through direct action and education. ARF is committed to encouraging the humane treatment of all animals, reducing the number of homeless, promoting the benefits of the human/animal bond, and supporting spaying/neutering of all animals.
