News Community Celebration of Youth Urban youth aged 1319 are engaged in a threeweek Cobblestone Arts Center program called 39Celebration of Youth. 39 This initiative brings together students from urban areas and local school districts like Canandaigua and Victor alongside peers with disabilities. Since its inception in 1999 this program thrives on community grants and donations.
