Equitable access to fresh fruits and vegetables should not be a luxury but is a necessity. Farm to School Frederick is on a mission to purchase food from Frederick farmers and create new pathways to increase access to locally grown, highly nutritious food for all Frederick residents. We believe that equitable access to fresh fruits and vegetables should not be a luxury but is a necessity that can have a dramatic positive impact on individual and community health.

Every donation made to Farm to School Frederick through the United Way of Frederick County by March 31st will receive a partial match. Our 3 Initiatives ACCESS Fresh food is a necessity not a luxury.
