Making a Difference Our 4 Key Programs Apprenticeship Our automotive apprenticeship program focuses on expanding access to this industry to women BIPOC and LGBTQIA individuals. Welcoming folks who have been traditionally left out of the automotive industry will close the inequality gap and ultimately increase the total technician workforce.
