Forever Fortunate Felines is a foster based cat rescue. Michela Onesti who is the President of Forever Fortunate Felines started her journey into cat rescue when she lost her cat Giles. Giles went outside one day and never returned. Michela searched for years for Giles and during her search, she visited many animal shelters such as Chicago Animal Care and Control. When she saw the number of cats in desperate need of rescue from high kill shelters, she was motivated to take action! And in Giles memory, Michela started Forever Fortunate Felines
