TO ASSIST PEOPLE WITH MENTAL ILLNESS AND THEIR FAMILY CAREGIVERS EDUCATE THE COMMUNITY AND ADVOCATE FOR IMPROVED SERVICES AND MORE ENLIGHTENED PUBLIC POLICIES.
