Courageous Journey's Backpacking is a transformative initiative dedicated to female veterans coping with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) through guided backpacking trips at the picturesque Pictured Rocks National Lakeshore in Michigan. At Courageous Journeys Backpacking, we are committed to empowering female veterans with PTSD through transformative backpacking trips that promote healing, resilience, and personal growth. By creating a supportive community, we enable these courageous women to embark on journeys of self-discovery and renewal in the serenity of the great outdoors. Our guided wilderness adventures foster camaraderie, connection with nature, and the building of lasting bonds among participants, helping them to start their healing process, reconnect with themselves, and rediscover their strength.
