Our mission is to strive for Optimal Health in the Lupus and chronic illness community by educating, supporting, encouraging and empowering those affected or at risk. Our mission is to reduce health disparities for underserved and underrepresented individuals at risk or diagnosed with a chronic illness through equity, diversity and inclusion of all people. KFAC achieves this by bridging gaps in healthcare access, enhancing knowledge and quality of life, while reducing health disparities through disease, physical and nutritional education, individualized support services, community events, giveaways, awareness campaigns and community resources. This holistic approach is designed to foster resilient, informed communities capable of navigating and overcoming barriers to health and wellness.
