THE PLAYERS We are the players of the Professional Womens Hockey League WHO WE ARE The Professional Womenx27s Hockey League Players Association PWHLPA is the labor union that represents the players of the Professional Womens Hockey League PWHL. Our union was created in 2023 alongside the launch of the league in an effort to protect the rights and salaries of our players so that they can pursue a longlived career in professional ice hockey. We embody the leagues core principles inclusivity community electricity responsibility opportunity and longevity in all that we do. And strive to create a safe space for the success and sustainability of our members.
