PATRICK LIVES ON is a 501c3 non-profit charitable organization that helps at-risk teens in the Chicagoland area. BE STRONG. USE WORDS. NOT VIOLENCE. At the tender age of 14, Patrick Boswell lost his life in a senseless act of gun violence. We honor Patrick by providing financial support to foster “acts of courage” among middle school students.
