It is the mission, duty, and purpose of Carolyns Heart Foundation to ensure equity and accessibility for our neighboring communities. With compassion and determination, Carolyns Heart Foundation will work to eliminate food insecurity as well as improve the health and well-being of our community through access to healthy and nutritious foods, community education and advocacy. The vision of Carolyns Heart Foundation is to improve the lives of those living with mental illness and provide emotional wellness for individuals and families. We strive to deliver services and support for those struggling with mental illnesses, housing instabilities, and food insecurity.
