We believe that by providing young people with the right support resources and opportunities they can achieve great things and make a positive impact on the world. Our mission Our mission is to empower young people through transformational leadership principles and integrate them back into their communities with purpose and a desire to make and sustain change within their lives and their family system. Our vision OBDTC is looking to address the crime rate of young people the incarceration and recidivism rates of young people as well as the community violence and substance abuse of young people.
