Welcome to Fifth Element a 501c3 NonProfit Organization Registered Public Charity Integrative and Complementary Outreach Programsdelivered in the form of Yoga Therapy As a Registered Public Charity and 501c3 our primary mission is to share the many benefits of therapeuticallyoriented yoga with individuals who are living with andor facing health and wellness challenges. We provide integrative and complementary outreach programs delivered in the form of Yoga Therapy. Yoga Therapy is first and foremost yoga a longestablished holistic discipline that acknowledges the multidimensional nature of the individual and can provide a transformative approach to health and healing. Yoga Meditation Mindfulness Sessions are offered 1on 1 and in small groups by appointment.
