Home - Vietnamese Association of Jacksonville The Vietnamese Association of Jacksonville Started in 1986 by a group of volunteers to help with refugee resettlement the Vietnamese Association of Jacksonville is the oldest Vietnamese American community based organization in Jacksonville.
