TO COORDINATE AND OVERSEE THE PROVISION OF PARATRANSIT SERVICES IN THE GREATER BIRMINGHAM AREA IN ORDER TO IMPROVE THE COST EFFICIENCY, INCREASE THE QUANTITY AND IMPROVE THE QUALITY OF PARATRANSIT SERVICE.
