Our primary objective is to instill the skills that enable players to develop, not only as athletes, but also as individuals. Our goals:To educate players in the fundamentals of volleyball while improving their skills and abilities To offer the highest standards of training through experienced coaching and the use of the latest methods and technologyTo instill in young volleyball players a strong sense of sportsmanship, commitment, character and community We are also committed to providing an excellent and safe training environment for our teams, coaches and parents. XVA is a member of the Garden Empire Volleyball Association (GEVA) area of USA Volleyball. XVA participates in tournaments throughout the North East USA. The directors of XVA have extensive experience in the operation and management of Junior Volleyball Clubs. XVA is governed and operated under the guidance of a Board of Trustees which consists of community members, local business professionals, former parents, coaches, club director and administration. To aid the club in its operations a player/parent handbook, which includes all club policies/guidelines, will be made accessible to every current member. XVA expects all of its members to follow all the rules and regulations set forth.
