FOLLOW US The Foundation Highland Heights Foundation established in 2019 grew from a simple question Why cant we give it all away. After years of selling produce at farmers markets and donating the leftovers our hearts yearned to provide even more access to the health and vitality our farm offered. This desire birthed the Foundation a nonprofit dedicated to nourishing our community and beyond. Through our three core programs we strive to make a lasting impact.
