This page builds online community through shared event updates, useful tips, and achievements posted The mission of the Marshall Elementary PTO is to increase parental awareness of school policy, direction, goals and procedures in order to improve parent, teacher and student communication. We promote positive programs that include teachers, students and parents for the purpose of establishing closer relationships between home and school. Where possible, we raise funds in order to provide needed additional materials or services for the school to enhance students’ educational experience. Further, we promote the authenticity the Marshall Elementary Gifted program by adhering to the integrity of the program’s philosophy.
