Veterans Intellectual Property

Follow Message Edit

We are a 501(c)(3) charity that provides pro bono patenting services to veterans, active duty members, and military dependents. We also provide legal advice on other forms of intellectual property protection, including copyrights and trademarks. Patenting is important because it allows the inventor to protect their ideas and inventions from being used by other people without permission or compensation. Copyrights, trademarks, and patents can greatly increase an inventor's chances of commercial success. Our work is important because it helps level the playing field for veterans and active duty members who have great ideas but may not have the resources to protect them. We are proud to be able to offer our services at no cost to those who have served or are serving our country.
