The management of these resources should have a scientific basis comply with all laws and regulations and promote the accountability of the governing agencies. Project Spotlight View the new Deep Aquifer Study from the Salinas Valley Basin Groundwater Sustainability Agency. This scientific study of the Deep Aquifers was prepared to better understand the conditions of the Deep Aquifers the geographic extent and hydrogeologic characteristics.
