WFL Collective™
The WFL Collective™ (Workforce Leverage Collective or WFLC) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that leverages a network of social service, educational and training providers, to help underestimated individuals to access employment opportunities and create career pathways.
The mission of the WFL Collective™ is to limit and disrupt the economic and social barriers, and increase employment opportunities, for people living in low-income, underinvested communities. It is founded upon values of empowerment, collaboration, and coalition building.
