(“CCL”) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit investment fund that’s organized to support sustainable development projects and local enterprise by offering mission-driven investment opportunities to community stakeholders and impact investors. Investments into the fund will support targeted community projects in exchange for reliable, long-term, and passive income. In addition, CCL’s team of development finance professionals offers consulting and technical assistance to community development projects, nonprofits, and social enterprise on a project-by-project basis.
