The Brotherhood is a fraternal organization for teenage boys. Our signature program is our Youth Leadership Initiative. We focus on Personal Leadership development and creating that spirit of brotherhood among our members. The Brotherhood is dedicated to the growth and development of young boys throughout the greater Memphis community. We believe that character, integrity, responsibility, perseverance and commitment are the foundations to manhood and that our intellectual capacity is limited only by our attitude and drive.
