Interfaith Ministries is now The Food Initiative. We are a non-profit based in Stanislaus County, CA The Food Initiative exists to feed, clothe, and meet the basic human needs of the poorest in our community, and increase food access in Stanislaus County. We strive to provide the healthiest foods, including fresh fruits, vegetables, and sources of protein to contribute to whole health in underserved neighborhoods in our community.

She’s a face our entire community knows and loves … and if you’ve ever been in her presence, you know the fire, the conviction, the passion, and the unstoppable determination she carries. From transforming Franklin Elementary and leading the Healthy Start program to hosting some of the most impactful classes, trainings, and community programs around, her list of accomplishments is as inspiring as it is long.
