We provide free swimming lessons & water safety education. The Rising Tide Effect (RTE) is a 501c3 that seeks to bring positive evolution to underserved communities through the aquatic experience. Swimming is a critical life skill that is essential to water safety and has the power to save lives. It is also a mechanism through which people can grow and thrive. RTE was created to uplift people experiencing socioeconomic hardship by providing frameworks for not only education and safety, but also personal development, through swimming. We empower a positive evolution in under served and at risk communities through water safety and instruction. Rising Tide Effect's mission is to free people from fear & access joy, using water as the medium.
