JPSA News State Open Cup Champions We are so proud of this group of goofballs that pulled off the U16 girlsLouisiana Soccer Association State Open Cup Championship this weekend in BatonRouge. They won in dramatic fashion battling and coming from down in PKs to win while showing what the JPSA.
