Teaching Character Through Performance Oklahoma Performing Arts A nonprofit arts education program for Tulsaarea youth The OPA Difference Oklahoma Performing Arts focuses on cultivating confidence character and discipline within children for success as a student and beyond. OPA students learn more than how to dance sing or perform onstage. They also develop strong problem solving timemanagement goal setting and social skills. Our agebased curriculum allows students to develop these skills in a noncompetitive environment.
