Pegasus Media Project
To uplift, educate, & celebrate the storytellers of tomorrow through our various media arts programs. To empower emerging film, media, and multidisciplinary artists through collaborative creations, hands-on education, mentorship, access, and job placement. Supporting individuals as a whole person, with a special focus on those from marginalized communities, including women, BIPOC, LGBTQIA+, and those with learning differences. Offering a safe space for experimentation with various mediums and cultivating authentic storytelling that centers these marginalized voices. A new model centering on racial and gender justice, helping artists to establish their own artistic practice and/or obtain careers using creative technologies and digital media. Providing exposure for its participants through film festivals, exhibitions, & art shows, fostering greater awareness of the stories and perspectives.
