Welcome to The Institute for the Study of Somatic EducationA 501 c 3 Nonprofit Educational Corporation since 1992 After 32 years of providing accredited Teacher Training Programs and postgraduate courses in the Feldenkrais Method and we are reducing our role. While we will continue to provided teaching and consulting services to other organizations we will not under our own auspices offer another four year training program leading to certification as Teacher of the Feldenkrais Method. We are proud to have served as organizers and Educational Directors for 19 such programs in theUnited States Switzerland Italy Germany Taiwan China and Australia. Codirectors Paul Rubin and Julie Casson Rubin will continue to offer postgraduate studies for Feldenkrais TeacherPractitioners from time to time as opportunities arise.
