Advancing Veteran and Public Health Through Innovative Research The mission of PAVIR is to facilitate and support research activities centered on conditions prevalent among veterans and to translate findings into clinical practice. This is achieved through the administration of sponsored research and education awards by knowledgeable professional staff and the provision of funding in direct support of investigator initiated activities and core facilities providing state of the art scientific technology.
