Meals on Wheels Yolo County NOURISH SENIORS MOW Yolo is the only provider of fullyprepared meals for food insecure isolated seniors in Yolo County now nourishing nearly 1000 aging adults countywide daily. SUSTAINING SENIORS EAT WELL AGE WELL IN 2025 Sustaining Yolo Countys rapidly growing senior population by sustaining MOW Yolo to create healthier outcomes for Yolo County seniors prioritizing nutritious food security and socialization in our cities and rural communities. In 2025 MOW Yolo is providing more than 1000 aging adults in the region with the opportunity to age in place safely and with dignity. However resources to sustain this impact increasingly are scarce as onetime pandemicera support has ended.
