Home Bleed Safe of Lane County We are a nonprofit organization that teaches hemorrhage control techniques to our community with a primary focus on our K12 educators. Our Beliefs We believe that by empowering our community with the knowledge of hemorrhage control and making hemorrhage control kits readily available we can prevent more trauma related deaths.
