RYBA was formed in 1995 as a private, non-profit organization. Reg. fees, concession stand and spons Russellville Youth Baseball Association was founded in 1995 and serves as Russellville's only baseball youth development facility, for ages 3-12, by providing opportunities for personal and athletic growth. Russellville Youth Baseball Association encourages youth development, for ages 3-12, by providing opportunities for personal and athletic growth. RYBA promotes sportsmanship, self-esteem, discipline, honesty, integrity, how to handle adversity, and the development of other life skills. Our organization engages youth in sports while providing a safe, healthy, positive environment where the youth of our community can learn the fundamentals of the sport. Our purpose is to allow everyone no matter background, race, or abilities, a protected environment of inclusion and sense of team.
