Eforti Community Homes
Eforti Community Homes' mission is to end homelessness for individuals who are suffering from chronic homelessness. We will provide affordable supportive housing together with targeted services such as Property Management, Case Management, Mental health Counseling, and Vocational Rehabilitation Counseling. Eforti believes that the combination of these services and supportive housing will lead to a lasting solution for ending recurrent homelessness, and recidivism in some of the individuals with homelessness.
