Headstrong Girls' Boxing Free access to boxing that helps girls build confidence one punch at a time. What We Do Inspired by the community of women boxers at Austin Womens Boxing Club Owner and Head Trainer Julia Gschwind and Coach Alex Plichta set out to create a nonprofit to bring the excitement fun and empowerment of boxing to more girls in the Austin community. HeadStrong Girls Boxing offers FREE classes in the communities and schools where their students live ensuring location and expense are never a barrier to access quality training and instruction. Who We Serve We coach middle and high school girls ages 1218 looking for a healthy outlet to blow off steam manage their stress and be part of a supportive and powerful community.
