Weld Legacy Foundation promotes excellence in health and education in Weld County WELD LEGACY FOUNDATION PHILANTHROPICALLY CONTRIBUTES TO ENHANCE THE HEALTH AND EDUCATION QUALITY OF CITIZENS OF WELD COUNTY.
