Oregon Disaster Medical Team Oregon Disaster Medical Team Oregon Disaster Medical Team ODMT is an independent nonprofit organization and a registered EMS agency in the State of Oregon comprised of volunteer healthcare professionals from the Pacific Northwest. The team plans trains and responds to provide relief healthcare services when local county and mutual aid reserves are overwhelmed due to a mass casualty incident or disaster event. Experience in the US has shown that predesignated teams of disaster healthcare providers can respond more effectively to assist overwhelmed local resources. In the event of a disaster within Oregon the team is equipped to rapidly respond.
