The Mission of Teen Outreach Pregnancy Services is to educate and empower the youth and young families in our community so they can make informed, healthy decisions   The Vision of Teen Outreach Pregnancy Services is to be available to the adolescent population, and their families throughout the state, to positively affect the health and well-being of our community for generations to come. Our education and support program concerning sexual health issues will improve the poor statistics our adolescents are experiencing due to detrimental influences in our society.
