I am very happy to announce that Danielle Resnik and Gabrielle Hahs have been elected as the new Virginia State Chairs effective today. The are both National referees and are an excellant team to carry the torch. I'm in the process of turning everything over to them.

The Virginia Heat (VA-2025-09) meet will be my last USA Powerlifting compeition as Virginia State Chair. This competition is being held at Rappahannock Strength and Conditioning in Fredericksburg on July 12th. I have a number of things that I would like to unload as lifter and best lifter prizes.
