The Virginia Heat (VA-2025-09) meet will be my last USA Powerlifting compeition as Virginia State Chair. This competition is being held at Rappahannock Strength and Conditioning in Fredericksburg on July 12th. I have a number of things that I would like to unload as lifter and best lifter prizes. Lifters, Today, I let the leadership know that I intend on stepping down as Virginia State Chair. The July 12th meet (VA-2025-09) will be my last meet. I’m completely exhausted and would like to spend more time with my kids before they graduate and move on. I have thoroughly enjoyed hosting these competitions over the years and hope they gave you many good memories. As for the sanctioned competitions still on the calendar, I will be moving them to other Meet Directors. If there are any that need to be cancelled, I will refund each entry fee.
