PROFAMIL PROFAMIL In a country with challenging rates of poverty and few public services PROFAMIL is a leading provider of sexual and reproductive health care and education in Haiti. In addition to its permanent clinics it reaches marginalized populations through its mobile health units and network of health promoters. Following the devastation caused by earthquakes in 2010 and 2021 as well as recurring hurricanes PROFAMIL the Association for the Promotion of the Haitian Family developed a rapid response strategy to serve communities severely affected by natural disasters including women and girls who are particularly vulnerable to sexual assault and violence. PROFAMIL desperately needs your support to continue and expand its care and assistance to Haitian communities.
